You’ll Need:

Potato Stacks

6 substantial potatoes

1 container ground Parmesan cheddar

3 tbsp liquefied margarine

1 tbsp finely cleaved crisp rosemary (dried works as well)

1 tsp sweet paprika

1/2 tsp pepper

salt to taste

Garlic Topping

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp water

1 expansive garlic clove, minced

How to Make:

Potato Stacks

  1. Strip the potatoes and cut them around 1/10" thick. Spot them in an expansive blending bowl.
  2. Include whatever remains of the fixings and blend well.
  3. Preheat the broiler to 375 degrees. Oil 12 biscuit tins with spread, or splash them with cooking oil. Orchestrate the potato cuts into stacks inside every biscuit tin.
  4. Heat for around 45-55 minutes, until the edges and the highest points of the stacks are brilliant dark colored and firm.
  5. On the off chance that you wish, set up the garlic besting by blending the oil, water, and garlic together. (I truly suggest it!)
  6. Spot the potatoes on the serving dish and include a portion of the garlic sauce to finish everything.
  7. Trimming with ground Parmesan and a pinch of rosemary, whenever wanted.

Garlic Topping

Whisk the oil, water and garlic together.
