  • 1 container marinara sauce (260 g) 
  • tomato, cut

  • mozzarella cheddar, cut

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • olive oil 
  • ¼ container panko breadcrumbs (10 g) 
  • 2 tablespoons ground parmesan cheddar 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper 




Instructions :

  1. Preheat stove to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Cut eggplant the long way, keeping it associated at the stem. 
  3. In a preparing dish, place marinara sauce and spread to cover the base. 
  4. Spot the eggplant specifically on the sauce. 
  5. Cut the tomato and mozzarella into slender cuts. Exchange tomatoes, basil, and cheddar in every eggplant cut. 
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil, and spread with foil and heat for 50 minutes until eggplant is delicate. 
  7. In a little bowl, join panko, cheddar, salt, and pepper.
