Fixings :

  • 4 boneless pork hacks (approx 4 ounces each) 
  • 4 pineapple cuts 


SAUCE : 

  • 1/3 container coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 3 tbsp water 
  • 3 tbsp nectar 
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced 
  • 1 tsp arrowroot starch 




Directions :

  1. Preheat stove to 375. 
  2. Delicately shower a preparing dish with cooking splash. Lay the pork hacks in the base of the preparing dish. Lay a pineapple cut over each cleave. 
  3. In a little bowl whisk together sauce fixings and pour over pork. 
  4. Prepare 35 minutes in preheated broiler, or until the interior temperature of the cleaves has achieved 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
