Rub: 

  • 2 Tbsp. dark colored sugar 
  • 2 tsp. bean stew powder 
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. salt 
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil 


Apple Cider Glaze: 

  • 1/2 c. apple juice 
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup 
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 
  • 1/2 tsp. pounded red pepper pieces 
  • 1/2 tsp. salt 




Guidelines :

  1. Light your gas or charcoal flame broil and warmth to medium high warmth. 
  2. In a little pot, set up the coating by consolidating the apple juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, squashed red pepper chips, and salt. Convey to a stew.
