You’ll Need:

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken bosoms cut into little pieces, around 3/4-1" 

1/2 containers arrowroot starch in addition to additional as required, or substitute cassava flour 

2 eggs beaten well 

refined coconut oil or avocado oil for searing, in addition to 1 tablespoon 

1 container pineapple lumps depleted and squeeze saved, from a jar of Dole Pineapple Pieces in 100% Pineapple Juice 

1 red chime pepper seeded, quartered, and cut into 1/2" strips 

1 green chime pepper seeded, quartered, and cut into 1/2" strips 

1/2 yellow onion split and cut 

white sesame seeds for embellishment 

green onions green parts daintily cut, for embellishment 

steamed cauliflower rice to serve 

Sound Sweet and Harsh Sauce 

1/2 container pineapple juice depleted from jar of Dole Pineapple Lumps in 100% Pineapple Juice 

2 teaspoons arrowroot starch 

3 tablespoons dates around 3 Neglet or 2 Medjool, set 

1/2 glass apple juice vinegar 

1/3 glass Whole30 ketchup 

1 tablespoon coco aminos 

2 cloves garlic stripped 

salt to taste

How to Make:


  1. Make the sauce: Join all fixings in a blender and mix until totally smooth. Put aside. 
  2. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt. Empty arrowroot powder into a gallon Ziploc sack, and spot eggs in a medium bowl. Add half of chicken to the pack with arrowroot. Shake to coat at that point expel chicken, tapping to evacuate overabundance. Exchange chicken to bowl with eggs and hurl to coat.
