You’ll Need:

3 tablespoons Oil
3/4 glass finely slashed Onions
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoon ground Chipotle Bean stew Powder
1 container Basmati Rice (or long grain Rice)
1 container Tomato Puree (see Note 1)
3/4 glass Corn Pieces (new or solidified)
1 container Ringer Peppers, cut into juliennes (we utilized a blend of red, yellow and green)
1 teaspoon cooked Cumin Powder
1/2 mugs Vegetable Stock
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Acrid Cream and hacked Coriander leaves for fixing 

How to Make:

  1. Switch on the Moment Pot and turn on the saute capacity. Warmth oil in the IP, include onions and garlic and cook blending for 1-2 minutes till the onions are translucent. 
  2. Include chipotle powder and rice and blend to coat the rice with the oil and onion blend. Cook the rice for no less than 3-4 minutes, mixing every so often. 
  3. Include sweet corn, tomato puree, stock, cumin powder and salt. Give it a blend and close the IP and set on manual for 8 minutes.
