You’ll Need:

15ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
1 huge red onion, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 piling tablespoons Serena sundried tomato pesto
30ml (2 tablespoons) Serena balsamic vinegar
2 x 390g Serena Italian hacked tomatoes
5ml (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
a liberal squeeze of dried red stew drops (discretionary)
5ml (1 teaspoon) dark colored sugar
125ml (1/2 container) water
400g tin Serena chickpeas, washed and depleted
200g child or youthful spinach, flushed
400g Serena Farfalle necktie Pasta
salt and dark pepper, to taste
new basil, to wrap up
newly ground parmesan, to serve 

How to Make:

  1. Warmth the olive oil in a wide-based dish and sauté the onion until diminished, around 6-8 minutes. Include the garlic and cook for one more moment, at that point include the tomato pesto and balsamic vinegar. 
  2. Include the hacked tomatoes, oregano, stew (if utilizing), sugar and water. Spread incompletely and stew for around 20 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and dark pepper. Include the chickpeas and warmth through. Heap the spinach over the sauce and shrivel down, around 3 minutes.
