Fixings
- 3-4 lb boneless pork flank (with the fat top)
- Genuine salt and crisp split pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 teaspoon Italian flavoring
- 5 cloves garlic, cut slight
- 1 onion divided and cut

- 1/2 glass white wine
- 1/2 glass chicken juices or stock
- 1/2 glass substantial cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Guidelines
Guidelines for Weight Cooker Technique:
- Score uniform slices through the fat around 1/4" profound and season well with salt and pepper all around the meal.
