You’ll Need:
  1. 1 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil 
  2. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken bosoms or tenders 
  3. fit salt 
  4. naturally ground dark pepper 
  5. 4 carrots , stripped and diced 
  6. 3 stalks celery , slashed 
  7. 1/2 yellow onion , slashed 
  8. 4 cloves garlic , minced 
  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
  11. 6 glasses chicken stock 
  12. 1 glass water 
  13. 1 teaspoon chicken-enhanced Superior to Bouillon (discretionary) 
  14. 9 ounces refrigerated tortellini (any sort, we cherish cheddar and additionally spinach!) 
  15. 2-3 bunches crisp infant spinach (discretionary)
  16.  2 tablespoons slashed crisp parsley leaves 


How to Make:

  1. Warm olive oil in a huge stockpot or Dutch broiler over medium-high warmth. Whenever hot, include chicken bosoms, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until brilliant and cooked through, around 2-3 minutes each side. Evacuate to a cutting board and put aside.
