Fixings :

For lettuce wraps :

  • 2 heads of boston or spread lettuce 
  • 1 red chime pepper, meagerly cut 
  • 4 green onion, cut 
  • 3 carrots, destroyed

  • 1 cluster crisp basil 
  • 1 cluster crisp mint 
  • 1 lb protein of decision (chicken, tofu, shrimp) 
  • ginger nut sauce (see beneath) 


For Ginger Nut Sauce :

  • ½ container regular nutty spread 
  • 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • 2 Tablespoons dark colored sugar 
  • 1-3 teaspoons stew garlic sauce (to taste) 
  • Juice of a large portion of a lime (around 1 tablespoon) 
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, squeezed or ground 
  • 1-2 inch bit of new ginger root, stripped and ground (1-2 Tablespoons worth) 
  • 2-4 tablespoons warm water 





Directions :

For the Ginger nut sauce :

  1. Include all fixings with the exception of the water to a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Gradually include the water a little at any given moment until sauce achieves wanted consistency (you should not have to utilize every last bit of it). 


For wraps :

  1. Separate lettuce leaves, keeping them flawless. Cleave all vegetables and get ready protein if utilizing.
