Fixings :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons tomato glue 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 4 huge (3 oz every) wiener joins, meagerly cut (I utilized cajun-style andouille frankfurters) 
  • 2 mugs Pomi cleaved tomatoes, or one 14-oz can unadulterated tomato puree

  • 16 oz crude shrimp, solidified, quickly flushed in virus water to isolate them 
  • Hacked parsley for enhancement 





Directions :

  1. Warmth the olive oil over medium warmth, around 3 minutes. 
  2. Include the tomato glue, garlic, paprika and cumin. Cook for 30 seconds. 
  3. Include the frankfurter cuts and cook until carmelized, around 5 minutes. 
  4. Blend in the tomatoes, salt, pepper, coriander and pounded red peppers. Increment warmth to high and heat to the point of boiling. 
  5. Include the shrimp. Spread, lessen warmth to medium and cook until hazy, around 10 minutes (5 minutes if shrimp are not solidified). 
  6. To serve skillet frankfurter and shrimp, spoon it over rice, cauliflower rice or spaghetti squash.
