Fixings :

  • 1 container/140g Red split lentils 
  • 4 tbsp Tomato puree 
  • 1 cut Onion 
  • 2 cloves Garlic 
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika 
  • ½ tsp Turmeric 
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper 
  • 2 tbsp Apple juice vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup 
  • squeeze of Salt and Pepper 
  • ¾ container/180ml Water 
  • 1 tbsp dried Basil 





Instructions :

  1. Absorb the lentils salted water for no less than 60 minutes, medium-term is ideal. 
  2. Channel and wash the lentils at that point add to a blender with everything else separated from the basil. 
  3. Mix until smooth at that point mix in the basil. 
  4. Pour onto an oil verification paper lined preparing dish and spread to the sides. 
  5. In the event that you have a dish that fills a typical broiler, at that point this will make one cluster, for a half size smaller than normal stove as I use in the video it makes two bunches. 
  6. Prepare at 190C/375F for 30 mins. 
  7. Expel the lentil chips from the stove and let represent 10 mins.
